SNP’s polyvinyl alcohols provide outstanding performance in textile manufacturing, including:
SNP’s sodium alginates and guar gums are the dye paste thickeners of choice for reactive dyes because they are pure non-reactive hydrodynamic thickeners unlike starches and other thickeners. After printing, SNP’s textile thickeners are simply washed out of the fabric.
SNP’s polyurethane dispersions and polyester-based coatings can be used to improve the appearance, durability, water/solvent resistance or feel in non-woven textiles. SNP will custom formulate our polyurethanes and polyester-based coatings to provide the different properties needed for unique textile projects.
